No. Absolutely not. While we have utmost respect for anyone who knows their way around a WordPress dashboard, that's not us, nor is it for any of our clients. If people want WordPress, there are plenty of excellent designers we can recommend for them.

Once you login, you will be able to edit text, change images, adjust colors, add new blocks, blogs, and even create entire pages.

What do I do if I have problems with my site or need help?

As part of our monthly hosting fee, all of our clients have access to our customer support email [email protected]. Our customer support email is accessible for the entirety of your partnership with us. From here we provide lightning-quick tech support, and answer any questions you may have regarding your site. 

This is also the email to use if there are any new ideas or changes that you would like to make to your site and need help completing. 

How long does it take for the website to go live?

The process of the creation of the site varies on the size of the site, and the amount of content that is already avaliable. However once the build out is completed and you approve the site to go live, we are able to take the site live within an hour. 

How do I learn to use my website?

To teach you how to use our platform and the features of our site we typically set up a zoom chat between you and a team member from Get Clear. Typically this tutorial zoom chat has about 30 minutes of teaching, and about 15 minutes discussing options and potential changes to the site.
